Registration closes at 6:00pm, Sunday, October 18.  Doors open at 11:00am.

Important:  For the general election, Nov. 3, 2026, all registered voters in Whatcom County can vote on all Bellingham Port Commissioners races on the ballot. (Only in the primary is voting restricted to residents within each district.)
